They basically take the money, hold it hostage and wont release the funds back to the person that sent them or release them to the person that supposed to receive them and they closed accounts without any heads up or reasons to why they close the account so we literally cant access anything. Theyre holding the phones hostage and *** read numerous other reviews that they have done this to other businesses as well.
QuickBooks stole our money, we had a client wire deposit for a job we did, and QuickBooks closed our account without notifying us, they wont release the funds back to our client so he can write us a check instead, and they said they basically can hold the funds indefinitely and cant give a time frame and its already been three weeks.
